  • Where is the store based? 

Providence, RI (United States)

  • Do you ship internationally? 

I currently only offer shipping to US, Canada, EU, and Australia due to covid-19.

In regards to UK, I'm still in the process of figuring out UK's new regulations and tax policies (VAT laws). I'm sorry to anyone who may have been interested!

  • When will my order be sent out? 

All orders will be shipped out within 5-7 business days. You should be receiving an email when it is shipped out with the tracking number!

  • When will my order arrive? 

 Domestic orders should arrive 3-5 business days after receiving your shipping notification email.

International orders may take between 2-12 weeks. Tracking number for international orders can only tell us the status of the package while it is still in the US. Once it leaves the US, I nor do the USPS have knowledge of where it may be. 

  • Can I change my shipping address after I placed an order? 

Please contact me as soon as possible using the contact form on this site or email rynoook@gmail.com. If I have already shipped it out, I will not be able to change the address.

  • Tracking number says my package was delivered, but I never received it!

This shop is not responsible for any package(s) that may have been lost in transit. Please contact your local post office. 

  • What if something is wrong with my order? (Return, Refunds, & Exchanges) 

Items are only eligible for refunds if they were delivered damaged. Please contact me using the contact form on this site or email me  at rynoook@gmail.com.

(The return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the day the item(s) have been shipped out, I can't offer a return, refund, or exchange.)
